Client Brief
Zennix Apartments, managed by Mode Management, required an access control solution for reserved car spaces within the residential unit block in Erskineville, NSW.
The client needed a simple and secure way to prevent unauthorised vehicles from parking in designated resident spaces.
Assessment
Based on the site requirements, a collapsible and lockable bollard solution was suitable for controlling access to individual reserved parking spaces.
Defender Collapsible Bollard were selected to allow authorised users to lower the bollards when access was required and secure them in the upright position with padlock when the parking spaces needed to remain protected.
