Client Brief

Stratum Civil required a heavy duty wheel stop solution during the development of a new retirement living village. The site included a caravan parking area located next to residential plots, meaning reliable vehicle stopping infrastructure was needed to help protect surrounding areas.

Following the site requirements, PWS identified Steel Truck Wheel Stops as the most suitable solution. Due to the size and weight of caravans and larger vehicles, a stronger alternative to standard wheel stops was required.

The wheel stops also needed to be durable enough for outdoor use while maintaining a professional finish suitable for a newly developed retirement living village.

Outcome

PWS manufactured, powder coated, and supplied 37 Steel Truck Wheel Stops for the caravan parking area. The wheel stops were designed by PWS and fully manufactured in-house, allowing the product to meet the specific requirements of the project.

The installation was completed by the PWS Brisbane team, providing Stratum Civil with a strong and reliable vehicle stopping solution for the new retirement living village.
