These bollards are supplied with a PVC component which ensures the bollard sits securely and firmly when bolted to a
concrete or bitumen surface.
Once set, the base is simply secured in place over the stem of the bollard and fixed into place with 3 fixings.
If knocked by a vehicle it flexes to allow the vehicle driver to realise he has gone out of bounds into a restricted area.
Damage to vehicle is minimal and property not destroyed, while bollard has served it's purpose. If damaged, bollard
may be easily replaced.
